In this class, we practice a gentle flow combined with the use of DoTERRA Essential Oils, to provide aromatherapy to enhance your practice,
FAMILY YOGA WITH KAT & CHRISTINA
Have you every seen "happy baby" pose? It is one of the first yoga poses that children organically practice.
We incorporate music, dance, and mindful oriented play to help teach children and families how to be mindful in every day life.

KATMULA KIDS MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS

Our very popular KatMula Kids workshops are staffed by certified professionals and are held once or twice per month, (with additional options during vacations and summer schedules).
These workshops are three hour drop-off events that include pizza, snacks, dancing, mindful games and of course, yoga.
Themes vary depending on the season.
